PricewaterhouseCoopers launch new human resources capability

PricewaterhouseCoopers today launch their new human resources service capability adding a new dimension to their existing management consultancy services. The new human resources service line will be led by Steve and Madeleine Tarr, who are already well known in Malta. They have operated in this market for the last 11 years through their consulting firm in the United Kingdom and have successfully built up a large number of clients.

John Bonello, the chairman and senior partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Malta, said: "By joining PricewaterhouseCoopers they will significantly expand their capability and ours which will lead to an improved service to our clients. The human resources services that will be provided will cover anything to do with the life of an employee from the start to the end of his employment, recruitment, induction, continuation training and development. They will also cover advice on human resource strategies, organisational structures, employee attitudes and compensation and reward systems."
