by Anthony Manduca

Ever since Mid-Med Bank changed its name to HSBC just over two weeks ago, its share price increased by Lm1.02,7, leaping over the Lm6 mark and closing at yesterday's trading session at Lm6.18,7 on a turnover of just 9,600 shares. This has led to a situation of no shares being offered on the market. The best unsatisfied bid was for 1,280 shares at Lm6.
