Stockbroker opens representative office in Gozo

by a staff reporter

In a move indicative of the successful growth in the financial services industry in Malta, Hogg Capital opened for business in Gozo yesterday.

Hogg Capital comprises two investment advisory and portfolio management businesses: Hogg Capital Investments Limited, which is licensed to conduct investment services' business by the Malta Financial Services Centre and Hogg Capital Stockbroking Limited.

Both companies are wholly owned and managed by Mark Hogg, who is a member of the Malta Stock Exchange.

Hogg Capital has acquired a reputation for its technical analytical approach to financial markets which allow it to provide investing clients with a service that is spec-ific to their individual requirements. According to Mr Hogg, the opening of the Gozo Office was entirely consistent with his aim to continue to provide an impartial and professional service to his clients. "Clients in Gozo account for a small yet growing share of our overall investment service business, so it is entirely appropriate to provide them with improved access to our companies and through us to the markets in which they seek to invest."

The new offices are located at 109, Triq Ir-Repubblika, Victoria, Gozo, VCT103. Tel: 565746; fax: 565747.
