Senior partner retires after 30 years service

MSD & Co., local representatives of the global professional services firm Arthur Andersen, have announced the retirement of Guido Mizzi from the partnership as of 1 May.

Mr Mizzi joined the firm in 1970 and was admitted to partnership in 1980. During his 30 years with the firm he has been instrumental in defining the firm's culture and strategy so that it continuously succeeds in its objectives of helping clients and its people realise their aspirations. As from his early years as a partner, Mr Mizzi articulated values such as integrity, stewardship and passion for excellence as the standards for the firm. These values are now minimum standards for everyone in the organisation and will continue to be as the firm moves forward in this new millennium.

Mr Mizzi will now look forward to new challenges as he pursues other interests and moves in new directions. Mr Mizzi will, nevertheless, remain in close contact with the firm and be available as required to ensure a smooth transition of his client and firm responsibilities onto the continuing partners of the firm.
