New editor of The Malta Business Weekly

David Kelleher has been appointed acting editor of The Malta Business Weekly with immediate effect. He replaces Anthony Manduca, who has been editor of The Malta Business Weekly for the past three and a half years. Mr Manduca remains editor of The Malta Independent on Sunday, a post he has occupied since May 1998.

Mr Kelleher has been working in journalism for the past 11 years, holding a variety of posts. In 1995, he graduated from the Thomson Foundation in Wales in journalism, obtaining a Post-Graduate Diploma in Practical Journalism. He joined The Malta Independent Daily in 1997 as assistant features editor after spending eight years at The Times. Before taking up the post of acting editor, Mr Kelleher was assistant editor of The Malta Business Weekly and The Malta Independent on Sunday.
