Very good response from the APS Bank Customer Survey 2000
Thousands of clients have responded favourably to the recently
launched APS Bank Customer Survey 2000. In the survey, the Bank's
customers were requested to check and amend their personal or
corporate details and were also encouraged to send any comments
or suggestions on the Bank and its services.
The survey was prompted by a recent investment in a new computer
system that will continue to enhance and expand the Bank's range
of
services. The information on the returned forms will be used
to update the Bank's database before this is transferred to
the new system.
The Bank wishes to remind customers who have not yet sent in
their form to do so by 16 October. It is vital that the information
held by the Bank is correct and up-to-date.
Clients who for some reason require a new form or further assistance
may contact the Bank's specially set-up multi-channel call centre.
Clients may call freephone numbers 0800775558 or 0800775559.
Alternatively, a written message can be sent on fax: 559200,
on email: itproject@apsbank.com.mt, or by mail to: IT Project,
APS Bank Ltd, APS House 24, St Anne Square, Floriana VLT 16.
All those clients who responded to the survey by 31 August
will automatically be participating in a special lottery (DPL
92/00) to be drawn on 30 September. The lucky winner will be
presented with a holiday for two persons to Paris.
APS Bank thanks the thousands of clients who sent valuable
comments and suggestions about its services. The response to
its invitation was much higher than expected and thousands of
customers have taken their time to put pen to paper and write
down their views on the Bank's services.
APS Bank wishes to assure its clients that their contributions
will be followed up in the forthcoming months. The Bank's recently
reorganised Marketing Department will be addressing all the
significant issues raised. This commitment from the Bank forms
part of its overall policy to continue providing a personalised
and competitively priced service to its growing number of clients.
