2,413 requests for EU information

During the month of September, the Malta-EU Information Centre handled 2,413 requests for information. Most of the requests were received on the centre’s dedicated information telephone line 25909192.
The centre received 2,254 phone calls; 130 requests were received by e-mail while another 29 requests came by mail. The total requests handled during the month of September therefore amounted to 2,413.
The most frequently-asked questions during this month related to land transport, human rights, visas and studying and working in the EU.
