HSBC supports Dar il-Kaptan

HSBC Cares for Children Fund has made a donation to Dar il-Kaptan in Mtarfa to support its various projects providing respite services to the disabled and their families. Dar il-Kaptan has recently embarked on a sponsorship and fundraising programme to collect funds that are required for the organisation of various projects and activities and for equipment needed. HSBC’s chief operating officer,
Jeremy Hunt, presented the Fund’s contribution to the Chairman of the Foundation for Respite Care Services that runs Dar il-Kaptan, Marcel Pisani, during a press conference that was held at Dar il-Kaptan.
“HSBC Cares for Children Fund was set up with the intention to educate and rehabilitate children in need. Dar il-Kaptan provides excellent
service in providing some respite to the families who constantly take care of their disabled children and this donation will certainly help the organisation to continue with its commendable work,” said Mr Hunt.
