New property letting company set up

A newly set-up company is focusing its core business solely on letting property. Selective Quality Letting Ltd (SQL) was launched a few weeks ago with the aim of letting residential and commercial properties, hotel accommodation, holiday villas and apartments.
The directors told The Malta Business Weekly that SQL will be targeting big companies and corporate clients while offering high standard letting. The company will also enter into property sales and management, but the focus remains that of letting properties. The directors believe that the market for letting is there and demand for such a service is growing. “The reason we set up the company is that we believe there is a market for our services and this market is bound to grow. At the moment we are targeting the local market but we are currently developing our website and once this is created we will start to work on attracting foreign clients.
“In fact, the demand for prestigious properties is growing, however, it is not always available, though we have managed to find some places and the list is increasing.
“Competition is obviously tough, though we believe that we can offer both clients and property owners another choice. After all, competition is healthy.”
The company’s office is based in Sliema and the directors are Joseph Sullivan and Benjamin Psaila.
