Dhalia appoints new operations manager

Andrew Gatt has been appointed Operations Manager at Dhalia Real Estate. With over 13 years experience in the property business, seven of which as manager of the St Julians branch, Mr Gatt’s appointment will definitely contribute to further strengthen Dhalia’s operations, which are at present being restructured.
Mr Gatt will be responsible for the growth of the agency’s core business, the standards of service and customer relations, as well as overseeing the operational requirements of each of the 10 branches in Malta and Gozo. He will be coordinating a number of specialist business units across the group, including letting, upmarket property and business development. As operations manager, Mr Gatt will
be working closely with Dhalia’s chairman and CEO, Franco Valletta in order to ensure that goals and objectives that have been identified in the company’s strategic business plan will be reached according to the set target dates.
Another important area which will be under Mr Gatt’s responsibility is customer relations. Dhalia Real Estate intends to continue strengthening an estabilished
reputation in providing excellent customer service and Mr Gatt’s appointment will help to ensure that no efforts are spared to reach the desired standards.
